Cucusoft YouTube Mate is a type of YouTube video manager, from which you can download, convert to other formats, locally play from your hard drive and classify all of them by different criteria.

When downloading it is interesting that Cucusoft YouTube Mate lets you do unlimited downloads simultaneously, so in one process you can get all the videos you want. Once downloaded it renames them automatically with the same title they have on the YouTube website.

It lets you convert the original videos to any of these formats: AVI, DivX, vid, RM, RMVB, MOV, MPEG and WMV. Also with Cucusoft YouTube Mate you can transfer these videos to portable devices like iPod, iPhone, Zune, PSP, MP3 players, Pocket PC, etc.
